Similar LLC, operator of HelloPlayer2, maintains this Content Removal Policy so members, people depicted in content, rights holders, and other affected parties can report and request removal of content that may be illegal, abusive, impersonating, non-consensual, or otherwise prohibited by HelloPlayer2 policies.
This policy is separate from our IP & DMCA Policy. Copyright notices should follow the DMCA process. Reports involving consent, age, identity, abuse, child sexual abuse material, or other illegal or prohibited content should follow this Content Removal Policy.
1. Scope
HelloPlayer2 is an AI companion service. Members do not publish public feeds, public profiles, public posts, or public files to other members through the service. If you nonetheless believe content or conduct involving HelloPlayer2 is illegal, abusive, impersonating, non-consensual, or otherwise prohibited, we will review the report under this policy.
2. How to request content removal
Send content removal requests to info@similar.llc with the subject line "Content Removal Request." Please include enough information for us to locate and evaluate the material or conduct at issue, including:
- your name and contact email;
- a description of the content, account, conversation, image, or other material involved;
- the URL, screenshot, account identifier, or other locator if available;
- the reason you believe the content should be removed, including whether the issue involves lack of consent, age, identity, abuse, impersonation, or another legal or safety concern;
- whether you are depicted in the material, are the legal guardian of a depicted person, own rights in the material, or are otherwise authorized to report it.
3. Review timeline
We review content removal requests promptly. We will investigate and resolve within 5 business days. We may request additional information if we cannot locate the material or evaluate the report from the information provided.
4. Immediate restriction and removal
When a report credibly alleges child sexual abuse material, content involving a minor, human trafficking, coercion, non-consensual content, or other illegal activity, we may immediately restrict, disable, preserve, or block access to the relevant material while we review the matter.
If our investigation yields evidence that content is illegal, we will remove it from HelloPlayer2 immediately. We may also suspend accounts, end access, preserve relevant evidence, report to law enforcement or the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children where required, and cooperate with regulators and law-enforcement agencies.
5. Consent review and outcomes
When a person depicted in content requests its removal, we use a reasonable process to confirm that appropriate consent was obtained. If our investigation determines that consent was not given, cannot be established, or is void under applicable law, we will remove the content from HelloPlayer2 immediately.
In other cases, after review we may keep an interim restriction in place, restore access if the report is not substantiated, request additional documentation, close or restrict accounts, preserve records, or take other action appropriate for safety and legal compliance.
6. Appeals
Any person depicted in content may appeal a decision not to remove that content. Anyone else affected by a content removal decision may also request review under our Complaints & Appeals Policy. Appeals should be sent to info@similar.llc with the subject line "Content Removal Appeal."
